WHAT IS THE HEIKE-NY  RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We hope you love what you ordered and that your purchase results in a true #HEIKEmoment. We are happy to accept eligible returns in new and unused condition within 14 days from receipt of the package. A refund, less a $14.00 restocking fee per order, will be made in the original form of payment if selected. If store credit is selected, the restocking fee will be waived. Items must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way and all tags must be attached.

Please note: all items marked final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, sale items that are purchased with a discount code during a promotion may not be returned or exchanged.

HEIKE reserves the right to deny any return that does not fall within the specific guidelines listed above. Items will be sent back directly to the customer in a timely manner should they not fit HEIKE’s return requirements.

Not the perfect fit? HEIKE is happy to offer an exchange of your eligible item for a different size or color with a waived restocking fee. Please note all exchanges must follow the same return guidelines as listed above and are subject to the item's availability.

DOES HEIKE-NY.COM CHARGE SALES TAX?

HEIKE-NY.COM currently only charges sales tax for items being delivered to New York State and Massachusetts.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

HEIKE-NY.COM has partnered with a trusted third-party partner to ship globally and accurately show you the duties and taxes needed to fulfill international orders. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart and choose your destination, the cost for shipping your order depends on your location, the size of your order, and the service level you choose for shipping (Express, Standard). In addition, we will process your payment along with all taxes and duties. Once we process and scan your order you will receive tracking information if you included your email address. INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept eligible returns in new and unused condition with all tags attached within 14 days from receipt of the package. A refund, less a $50 handling fee per international order, will be made in the original form of payment if selected. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded.

Any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer's refund. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous United States, will be charged for shipping.
